No one other than the drivers named may drive the hired vehicles.
All named drivers must be aged between 21 and 75 years old, in good health, and possess a full valid driving license.
The driving license must be free of endorsements except for up to six points related to Speeding Offences. Other current endorsements may result in special conditions.
All required licenses must be presented at vehicle collection.
Individuals with serious convictions within the past eleven years, including drink driving offenses, are not permitted to drive the hired vehicles.
Visitors from abroad (except EU Countries) are advised to obtain an international driving license. Failure to meet criteria requires referral to our insurance company for coverage verification.
Must meet specified age limits within policy and have at least 2 years of driving experience (Full UK or EU license. AU & NZ licenses are acceptable, subject to a £500 excess).
Two 3-point convictions are acceptable (e.g., 2x SP30’s, 3pts each) without referral.
Single 6-point SP30, SP50, and CU80 are acceptable subject to an additional £1000 excess.
All other 6-point+ offenses will require insurer referral.
No more than one fault or outstanding incident/claim in the last three years.
Two proofs of address are required: 1x primary and 1x secondary, or 2x primary proof of address.

Bookings
A minimum stay of 2 nights is required for all bookings.
Unlimited mileage for travel within the UK and Ireland.
A charge of £30 per night applies for EU trips outside of the Republic of Ireland unless agreed otherwise in writing by OnlyVans Campervan Rental LTD hire in advance.
Security Deposit
We require a fully refundable security deposit of £200 minimum.
This will be returned to the hirer(s) if the vehicle is returned in the same condition, it was in at the beginning of the rental period.
Cancellation of Bookings
Cancellations must be in writing and are subject to charges:
More than 2 weeks before hire: 90% refund on booking cost.
Up to 2 weeks before hire: 50% of booking cost forfeited.
If licenses are found invalid or non-compliant upon inspection, a refund of 10% will be issued.
Travel insurance is recommended.
Payment
Payments must be made online and are accepted via major credit or debit cards, as well as Klarna and Clearpay. Inform us if you plan to travel outside the UK or Ireland to obtain a VE103R document before the collection date.
Vehicle Damage Excess
Minimum vehicle damage excess cost is £1000.
Cleaning/repair costs for late, dirty, or damaged returns are the responsibility of the hirer(s). £50 per hour will be charged for LATE RETURN / CLEANING / LABOUR.
Motor homes must be returned by 3pm on the last day of rental. Late returns incur a surcharge of £50 per hour, or part thereof.
Availability
A replacement vehicle may be provided at any time before the rental period, including on the day of the rental, if the originally booked vehicle is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control (such as damage, accident, theft, or weather conditions). A full refund will be issued if a replacement vehicle cannot be arranged. OnlyVans holds no obligation to refund money paid for campsites, events, travel, or other circumstances.
Insurance
Comprehensive insurance covers named drivers during the hire period as detailed on the booking form.
Up to three additional drivers can be added at £10 per driver per night.
Hirer(s) are liable for any damage not covered by insurance, including equipment loss/damage.
Accidents/damage must be reported immediately. An accident form may be required. Personal property damage/theft is not covered.
Limitations & Liabilities
OnlyVans Campervan Rental LTD is not liable for replacement vehicle costs, travel/accommodation expenses, or loss claims due to breakdown or accidents.
Hirer's Responsibilities
Liable for speeding/parking fines, congestion charges, or other offences against road traffic regulations.
No drinking and driving are allowed.
Responsible for vehicle control, damage to vehicle/contents during the hire, no towing, seating capacity/overloading adherence, seat belt usage, and no hire-for-reward.
No removal of vehicle from North of Ireland or Republic of Ireland mainland without written consent.
Breakdown & Accidents
Recovery and repair service provided for motor homes.
Up to £100 is authorised for repairs/replacement parts; repairs above £100 require OnlyVans Campervan Rental LTD authorization.
Negligence-caused breakdown, malfunction, or damage at hirer's expense.
General
The motor home and contents remain the property of OnlyVans Campervan Rental LTD.
Vehicle must be locked when unattended; hirer refrains from actions prejudicing OnlyVans Campervan Rental LTD rights to the vehicle.
Vehicles are equipped with tracking and monitoring systems.
OnlyVans Campervan Rental LTD reserves the right to change rates/conditions at any time.
Secure parking is available, at the hirer's risk.
Vehicle Conditions
Vehicle to be returned free of defects, except as specified by OnlyVans Campervan Rental LTD.
Vehicle to be returned in the same condition with interior/appliances clean.
Charges for un-emptied/cleaned toilets, dirty/stained upholstery or carpets will apply.
Fuel, Oil & Gas
The hirer is responsible for using the correct fuel type. Any damage resulting from the use of incorrect fuel will be charged to the hirer. The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as when it was collected.
Hirer is responsible for oil/water levels and correct fluid usage.
Pets
Pets are allowed depending on age/breed, with specific conditions.
Hirer responsible for cleanliness, any excessive mess or damage will result in charges.
Future hirer allergies are a possibility.
Smoking
Smoking prohibited; £250 charge for smoking in vehicle; potential security deposit retainment for damage due to smoking.
Portable Stove Usage Agreement
This Portable Stove Usage Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the vehicle hirer ("Hirer") and the vehicle rental company ("OnlyVans Campervan Rental LTD") as an additional provision to the existing vehicle rental contract.
Definitions
"Portable Stove" refers to any cooking device, such as a camping stove, portable grill, or similar equipment, capable of generating heat for cooking purposes.
"Vehicle" refers to the rented vehicle provided by OnlyVans Campervan Rental LTD.
Permission for Portable Stove Usage
Hirer acknowledges that the use of portable stoves in the Vehicle carries potential risks and hazards, including fire, burns, and carbon monoxide poisoning.
Hirer agrees to seek permission from OnlyVans Campervan Rental LTD before using a portable stove inside the Vehicle.
OnlyVans Campervan Rental LTD reserves the right to deny permission for portable stove usage based on safety considerations and the condition of the Vehicle.
Safe Usage and Precautions
Hirer agrees to use the portable stove in a safe and responsible manner, following all manufacturer instructions, safety guidelines, and applicable laws and regulations.
Hirer shall ensure that the portable stove is used in well-ventilated areas to minimize the risk of carbon monoxide build-up.
Hirer shall not leave the portable stove unattended while it is in operation.
Hirer shall take necessary precautions to prevent fires, including placing the portable stove on a stable surface, away from flammable materials, and ensuring that the surrounding area is clear of any potential fire hazards.
Hirer agrees to comply with all fire safety regulations and restrictions, including any restrictions imposed by campgrounds, parks, or other areas where the Vehicle is parked.
Liability and Indemnification
Hirer assumes full responsibility for any damage, injuries, or losses arising from the use of a portable stove in the Vehicle, whether caused by negligence or misuse.
Hirer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold OnlyVans Campervan Rental LTD harmless from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from or related to Hirer's use of a portable stove in the Vehicle.
Hirer acknowledges that OnlyVans Campervan Rental LTD shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained as a result of Hirer's use of a portable stove in the Vehicle.
Severability
If any provision of this Portable Stove Usage Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
This Portable Stove Usage Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
By signing below, Hirer acknowledges that they have read and understood this Portable Stove Usage Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
Seatbelt Agreement
This Seatbelt Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the vehicle hirer ("Hirer") and the vehicle rental company ("OnlyVans") as a supplementary provision to the existing vehicle rental contract.
Acknowledgment of Seatbelt Use
Hirer acknowledges and agrees that seatbelts are a critical safety feature in the vehicle rented from OnlyVans Campervan Rental LTD.
Hirer affirms that they are aware of the importance of using seatbelts and the potential risks associated with not wearing seatbelts while operating or riding in the rented vehicle.
Hirer agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies regarding seatbelt usage, including but not limited to the laws of the jurisdiction in which the vehicle is being operated.
Seatbelt Usage
Hirer agrees to wear their seatbelt at all times while operating or riding in the rented vehicle.
Hirer agrees to ensure that all passengers in the rented vehicle, including minors, are properly secured with seatbelts or child restraints, as required by applicable laws.
Hirer acknowledges that it is their responsibility to familiarise themselves with the proper usage and adjustment of the seatbelts in the rented vehicle.
Vehicle Condition
Hirer acknowledges that the vehicle provided by OnlyVans Campervan Rental LTD is equipped with functional seatbelts.
Hirer agrees to notify OnlyVans Campervan Rental LTD immediately if any seatbelt in the rented vehicle is found to be malfunctioning or damaged.
Hirer shall not tamper with or attempt to disable any seatbelt mechanism in the rented vehicle.
Indemnification
Hirer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold OnlyVans Campervan Rental LTD harmless from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from or related to the Hirer's failure to comply with this Seatbelt Agreement, including any violation of applicable seatbelt laws and regulations.
Hirer acknowledges that OnlyVans Campervan Rental LTD shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained as a result of Hirer's failure to wear seatbelts or properly secure passengers in the rented vehicle.
Severability
If any provision of this Seatbelt Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
This Seatbelt Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
By signing below, the Hirer acknowledges that they have read and understood this Seatbelt Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
Acknowledgment
I have read and understood the terms and conditions of this OnlyVans Contract and the attached Portable Stove Usage Agreement and Seatbelt Agreement. I accept the responsibilities and liabilities outlined herein.
